Courtney is the passionate owner and founder of Reno Dogs, a professional dog training company in Reno, Nevada, dedicated to helping dogs and their owners build strong, lasting relationships. After years of hands-on experience learning from top dog trainers and working with a well-known national training franchise, Courtney launched her own dog training business to offer a more personalized, motivational, and effective approach to reinforcement dog training.

Courtney’s experience with dogs spans over a decade—from raising puppies for service dog organizations, to working as a professional dog walker, and managing operations at high-end dog daycare and boarding facilities. In 2018, she took her passion to the next level by founding Sierra Canine Training LLC, which later evolved into Reno Dogs.

Courtney has been actively competing in French Ring Sport for over six years and is currently raising her second competition dog. She believes the precision and commitment required in sport dog training directly contribute to her success with pet obedience training and behavior modification.

When she’s not working with clients or training her own dogs, you’ll find Courtney hiking Nevada trails, attending cutting-edge dog training seminars, or deepening her knowledge of canine behavior and learning theory. She's dedicated to helping dog owners better understand their companions through clear communication, proven techniques, and compassionate leadership.
